International Song Book

One of my favorite things about traveling (I mean besides trying new types of cheese and candy) is discovering new music.  I mean, I'm hardly breaking new ground here.  I'm really just listening to any given country's Top 40 station, but one person's Overplayed Summer Anthem is another person's Totally New And Awesome Go-To Jam.

Here are some of the best things I've heard during my time in Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland, and now Sweden.

  3. Kaikki tai ei mitään (All or Nothing) by Karri Koira, a Finnish R&B artist.

It was THE hit of the summer this year and I can listen to it non-stop.

  6. I was curious about Gossip, and apparently they are from the US. Olympia, WA in fact. Interesting, since they don't appear to be getting airplay over here. I'm glad I know about them now though!
