Hi, my name is Carolina!  I'm a 22 year old Brazilian and I'll be traveling though Europe in August.  I'll be aaaall alone! It's a little bit scary, I've never traveled alone before, but I'm really excited.  I've  already booked hotels and everything so I have places to stay. But I would like some company to go out, see places and learn about each city that I will visit and I would love to make friends. After all, this is what life is about, right? Meeting people, meeting places. These are the cities that I will visit:  Madrid, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris, London and Rome.

I need to talk to someone about break upsI recently went through a breakup with my first love. We had been friends for three years and dated for a year, but shared experiences that really changed my life. I know that everyone has to go through a breakup at least once in their lives and, though my parents have been supportive, they are high school sweethearts so they never lost their first loves. I need to know about traveling alone in Prague
I'm spending Christmas in Prague this year by myself. I've taken trips by myself before but never to a non-English or non-Spanish speaking country, and never to Europe. I'd love to know the tips and tricks that a 28 year old woman should be mindful of before going. I'd love to meet friends in Boston
I am planning to attend the live show of the Uhh Yeah Dude podcast in Boston on July 7th. I would be coming up from New Jersey and don't know anyone in Boston. None of my friends listen to the podcast and my boyfriend is working in another state! I don't normally have a problem traveling on my own and have done it before, but I would also love to make some new friends! I need someone to serve as a penpal to a dear friend who is incarcerated.

Last year a life-long friend of mine was incarcerated for a weapons charge that while he did commit, came with an unjust sentence due to the intersect of Florida's Stand Your Ground Law and mandatory minimum sentences for weapons charges.  He had no prior record and is struggling with the loss of his wife and children while imprisoned. He is in desperate need of penpals to keep his spirits up and exchange letters with.
