It's here! It's here! And I am not-so-quietly thrilled with it. This year's calendar is even better than last year's. It's still printed locally on recycled paper, but this time 11 out of the 13 photos come via Yes and Yes's very talented readers!There are still quotes, ideas and hilariously real holidays tucked into the date grid - but this year the font is smaller so you'll have more room to write in your own plans. And we've included British/Australian/New Zealand holidays! Each month there's a list to fill in ("New Things I'll Try This Year" and "Famous People I'd Like To Kiss") and we even included a space to detail 'Things I Loved This Month' - so you can keep a mini-diary of all the good things that happen in 2011.

I received my copy yesterday, and when I opened it up I ran my hand over the glossy pages and literally gasped "It's beautiful!" out loud, to myself, alone in my kitchen. That's how amazing it is. It will make you act like a melodramatic after-school special. - Winona

I just received my "Year in Yes" calendar and I wanted to let you know how much I absolutely freakin' love it! I definitely read the entire calendar like a book. I am dying for the New Year to get here so I can take down my old boring calendar and put up this cheery, quirky one! - Brittany
P.S. Please double check that your paypal address is the address that you want the calendar sent to. If it's not correct, please include a note with your paypal order. My incredibly sweet parents are coordinating the shipping while I'm in India volunteering. It could all very quickly get out of hand if you email me your correct address, I don't check my email and then my parents send the calendar to your old address.
Paypal renders no services to Pakistan! :( That is unfortunate. Any other way I can buy the calendar?

ReplyDeleteI got it last year, and absolutely loved it. It was the perfect accompaniment to over my desk, the heft of the paper was super nice, the fonts were great, the quotes were non cheesy, and the list space made me so happy.
I'm glad to hear you are including Brit holidays this year, though!

ReplyDeleteFor those of you still on the fence, I can't recommend this calendar highly enough. I've had a rocky year on the employment front, and having this cheery calendar sit above my desk lifted (and continues to lift, 'cause we still have a lot of 2010 left!) my spirits immensely.

ReplyDeleteThis is my first A Year in Yes Calendar & it really is awesome. Everyone should have one. It arrived yesterday & I loved the quality of the beautiful photos and the little "Things I Loved This Month" section. I can't wait for the 1st of January to hang it up on my wall.
