Yay!!! I'm so happy Janelle M is gaining popularity... I LOVE LOVE her! I work in inner city Milwaukee and just this past week my students have even caught the bug and been listening and singing her songs. It's so nice to hear something other than Lil Wayne rapping about "sizzzurrp" and b*tches!
Thanks for posting this video. Very cool. I played it and my 18-month-old toddler climbed up on the couch, watched the dancing, and decided to copy them. He stood up on the couch and started dancing. I think you made his day. :)
I just stumbled on her as well, LOVE THIS SONG! And I totally agree with Rita- it's nice to hear some positive (and female) hip-hop out there, and with a beautiful video as well! :)
