Last night, I had to help host an event that was a bit out of my comfort zone, and I was talking to my Aunt about my fear that "everyone is going to think i'm an idiot".
She told me that everybody is too busy feeling self-conscious to be obsessing over anyone else, and on top of that I like to add "those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind" (I think Dr Seuss said this)
