Hey, remember that time I backpacked around South America for three months? In the event that you doubted me (or maybe just thought I was hanging out at home and learning Spanish from bad novelas) here's a bit of photographic evidence.
The salt flats in Boliviato tell the herds of llamas apart.
So much fun!
instead of a cemetary plot and leave bottles of wine/flowers/candy/toys.

Ruins n'stuff. I became oddly immune
to all the architectural wonders after three months.
Some of the kids I taught at the orphanage. Not pictured: the masturbator.for a good ten minutes while my friend flirted with the cabana boy
and got herself a free sombrero. Seriously.

For realz. Witness the little boom box!
What you can't see is the camera crew and her dance coach off to the right.
And hey! Remember to comment for a chance to win for all sorts of South American goodies!

Can't wait to hear more about it all on Sunday ... these images are all making me mondo jealous of your adventure!
I love how happy the llamas look! Their expressions made me laugh out loud!
Those pictures are so good. Did you take them? I love the one of the sunset on the beach. I'd love to go South America one day.
Thanks Sherin! I took about half of the pictures - the other half were taken by The Former Mister. The beaches down there are really, really nice!
Love these pictures! Especially the kiwi-filled SUV. Great site!
Thanks for all the pictures!! I am so glad you spent 10 mintes poking that thing with a stick, I so would too - lol.
A great series of pics! I have to admit the ubiquitous perspective shot did make me laugh! Good work :)
I love these photos! I can only imagine how many amazing images you have from all of your travels. I have major travel-envy!
my, my. what wonderful photos you have there. gorgeous.
As always, your pics are tremendous. I love that they tie yarn on the llamas instead of branding....If only cows had longer...hair?
The photographs are beautiful! I especially loved the photos of the old church and the flamingo.
What???? a free sombrero??? sounds like a good reason to flirt with a cabana boy hee hee
