We have a sock monkey who travels with us in the Airstream. I grew up in Rockford, IL where all sock monkey souls are created. (It's where they make the red heel socks.)
Sock monkeys actually make great hobos. Ours has yet to cook us a pot of stew but maybe it's just because we are vegetarians. We mostly eat beans, which is another popular hobo fare.
